New York -Change Your Mind, Change Your Life, LLC is a New York Corporation that
consists of four minority men from various backgrounds with a vision that can
provide the opportunity to educate the average working class Joe on how to succeed
in real estate.

The vision has produced an extraordinary documentary of trials and tribulations in
real estate with work that began with a meeting in 1996 in Freeport, NY. This
meeting consisted of three of the four members. The goal for the meeting was to
begin an investment group with fifty (50) members starting with an initial
investment of $2,000. Unfortunately, not everyone had the disposable income at the
time and the real estate vision was put on hold. Fortunately, fate has a way of
finding the goal. In 2002, they regrouped and began to set up meetings to move
forward with their dream. At these meetings they added the fourth partner, Antoine
Grant, and began the concept for Change Your Mind, Change Your Life - the DVD.
Each member began to record their experiences. These members include Guerlain Paul,
Ramses Duvivier, Jarrett Jenkins, and Antoine Grant.

Guerlain Paul was born in Brooklyn 33 years ago and grew up in Freeport, NY. He
graduated from Freeport High School in 1991 and went on to earn a BS in Biology from
Virginia Union University in 1996. Upon graduation, Guerlain embarked on a career in
the film and entertainment industry spanning over 10 years working as a production
assistant, editor, and a video director. He presently works for one of the leading
sports entertainment companies in the country. Ramses Duvivier is 35 years old and
presently works as a Desktop Engineering Supervisor. He was born in Brooklyn and
moved to Freeport, New York in late 1970s. Ramses graduated from Freeport High
School in 1990 and later went on to receive his Systems Engineering License from the
Business School at Computer Career Center. He is currently a member of St. Paul AME
Church in Rockville Center. Jarrett Jenkins was born in 1973 in the small Central
American country of Belize. His parents sat the family down one evening and told
them they were moving to the United States in order to give them a chance at a
better life. Jarrett and his family came to the United States in November 1984,
when he was 11 yrs old. They arrived in Uniondale, NY and moved to Freeport, NY a
year later. He also attended Freeport High School and graduated in 1992. Upon
graduation, Jarrett served in the United States Air Force for eight years. He had
no college education and had to work two jobs that paid $8.50 an hour to save money.
After his success with CYMCYL, he decided to retire from the workforce. Antoine
Grant is 46 years old and is a single father of four. Despite negative remarks and
comments from his family, he persevered with determination and positive thinking.
While friends bought cars, he bought his first home at the age of 22 and rode the
train.

In sharing their experiences on film, these individuals collectively established the
reality of real estate. The DVD acts as a tool for inspiration as well as
education. Bonus features include commentary from a lawyer, realtor, and a mortgage
broker, each of whom provide information about different aspects of the business of
real estate. Mr. Duvivier says his first mentor taught him, "To teach is to
serve.Unlike a Master who teaches you what You know so that you can serve him, a
Teacher serves you by teaching you what he knows.Because greatest evidence that he
has succeeded as a teacher is when he can learn from his student."
